It is very essential to bathe on empty stomach. Avoid consuming anything for at least an hour before going to bathe. It affects health and slowly collapses the digestion.

As a general rule, always use lukewarm or water at normal temperature over the head and warm water or cold water for the rest of the body.

Using warm water for the head, affects the eyes and hair. So, people with weak eyesight or with acute hair fall must take a notice of this.
